LivePerson
ITS Resnet is currently evaluating a new technical support solution. A pilot program has been initiated for LivePerson, an online chat based support tool. LivePerson is designed to provide real-time support with a live Resnet Agent on any Resnet related issue.
Please consider contacting Resnet via LivePerson the next time you have a Resnet related issue.
The LivePerson request tool can be found in the upper right corner of the main Resnet page at http://resnet.rit.edu. The LivePerson icon will inform you of the status of the service. If no agent is available you may click on the icon and send an email. In a case where no agent is available, we suggest contacting the Resnet office by phone for immediate assistance.
